Applicants for CPSS pay a non-refundable application assessment fee of $395 ($545 for non-SSA members).

Applicants for specialist CPSS certification in CSAM pay a non-refundable application assessment fee of $165 ($315 for non-members).

NOTE All successful applicants must pay the annual accreditation fee before they can receive their annual certificate and seal.

In addition to the annual certification fee, renewing CPSSs must keep a diary of Ongoing Professional Development (OPD) in Soil Science and submit it for assessment triennially. In the assessment year, a triennium of diaries must be submitted to the CPSS Administrator before 15 March; certification is confirmed once the assessed OPD diaries are approved.
