Then complete the relevant application form that requires:
A panel interview will be arranged once all the above has been reviewed.
Upon approval and payment of an annual fee, you’ll receive your certificate and seal and be listed in the public register.
An Ongoing Professional Development (OPD) diary is required to be completed every two years to maintain accreditation.
