Join the South Australian Branch of Soil Science Australia and Sean Manning, CEO of Ziltek to learn about RemScan, in-situ soil measurement.
For over a decade Ziltek has been calibrating mid-infrared spectrometer(MIR) to measure total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH) in soil. RemScan has been used successfully across many varied remediation projects around the world. Recently Ziltek have begun adapting Remscan to assess a variety of agricultural soil parameters, with a particular emphasis on Soil Organic Carbon.
When: Friday, August 19 2022, 1.30pm (ACST)
Location: Online and in person (Room 205, Charles Hawker, Waite Campus, University of Adelaide)
This webinar outlines:
- Ziltek’s progression and calibrating MIR spectrometers for TPH in soil for clean-up projects around the world.
- What they’ve learned from TPH calibration to calibrate for new soil characteristics.
- Case studies, ongoing R&D projects and what’s next.
